Massage is elastic deformation of the tissues done by stroking, rubbing and kneading. These vibrations performed by the masseur achieve the intended reaction of the body. The masseur can use various parts of their body (hands, elbows and feet) and various instruments. The masseur uses various methods, techniques and grips to improve the health, well-being and well-being of the patient. Massages can be performed on different parts of the body depending on the lesions, muscular tensions or emotional states. Massage treatments usually last for 15 to 60 minutes and are repeated cyclically for several sessions. The treatment should only be performed by a qualified person.
Massage should not be painful and can only be performed to the limit of pain. Any bruising or hematoma is unacceptable and disqualifies the masseuse.

Classical massage is one of the oldest and most popular forms of massage. It is distinguished primarily by the fact that the treatment is performed cardiac or in the direction of venous blood flow.
Classic massage aims to improve the health of the patient and prevent illness.
Depending on the need, the treatment may be performed on the entire body of the patient or a particular part of the body. The masseur uses a variety of lubricants such as olives, creams, talcum, ointment or soapy water during the treatment.
Classical massage has analgesic effect, it improves blood circulation and the lymphatic system, accelerates metabolism, helps to remove metabolic products, regulates muscle tone, increases elasticity and elasticity of muscles, improves skin condition and appearance, helps regenerate muscles and improves the mental condition of the patient.
In classic massage we use techniques such as stroking, grinding, kneading, dipping, vibration and scattering. Each technique should be performed with sufficient amplitude and strength.

Relaxation massage will allow you to completely relax, relieve stress and get rid of muscle tension. With the aroma of aromatic candles and oils and quiet music your senses will be full of delight. This massage uses toning techniques to tone the muscles, increasing the blood supply to the skin, which greatly improves their appearance and condition.
The most pleasurable and relaxing massage is the whole body massage, but you can also use partial massage, such as the back or legs.
The right touch of the therapist has a calming effect on your various pains and ailments. Relaxation massage uses various techniques that are borrowed from classical massage, exotic massage types lomi lomi, tantric, lingnam, thai and techniques developed and perfected by the masseuse. Relaxation massage delivers a tremendous amount of pleasant stimuli to the body and increases the amount of endorphins produced. These are commonly known as the ‘hormones of happiness’.
This massage is not expensive. The price is dependent on the length of the massage and the part of the body that is treated. It can be a relaxing massage of the entire body or a specific part of it. The duration of the relaxation massage usually ranges from 30 to 60 minutes. In colder days, we also use sollux light therapy, which warms and relaxes the muscles before the massage.
The spine is a moving support for the whole body, muscles and internal organs. It also protects the spinal cord from sending nerve impulses to most of the muscles and organs of the body.
Through low physical activity, bad posture and constant stress, we are exposed to degenerative changes in the spine manifesting as back pain, and to other parts of the body and internal organs. Nerve pressure in a particular section of the spine can cause pain, dysfunction or paresis in the hands and feet and may interfere with digestion, urination and erection. Some degenerative lesions are irreversible but most of them can be treated effectively with proper massage.
Spine massage is inextricably linked to full back massage, often includes the shoulders, buttocks and thighs because the spinal muscles have their trailers in various distant parts of the body. Your masseur should skillfully relax and balance the muscle tone of all the muscles that may affect the position of the spine.
The back massage consists of three phases.
Preparatory phase (ecto-emotional, superficial and deep strokes)
Proper phase (superficial spine massage, spinal rectal muscle massage)
Fixation phase (stroking and active mobilization of the spine)
Spinal massage is usually a series of 5 to 10 treatments followed by a 10 day break. These series can be repeated until a satisfactory result is obtained.
Sports massage is an integral part of an athlete’s workout.
* Conditional massage – which is used to maintain proper flexibility of the body and muscles during the period between sports competitions
* Training massage – usually performed about 5 hours after exercise, mainly consisting of kneading muscles
* Massage before the competition – it is usually performed two days before the competition to strengthen and loosen the muscles
* Restitution massage – is performed during the competition and aims to improve blood circulation and metabolism. It also relaxes the muscles.
* Pre-start massage – is used before the start of the competition and exercise. It is intended to prepare the body for increased physical exertion.
* Intravascular massage – used during the competition keeps the muscles ready for work/
* Post-massage massage – is performed after the competition to accelerate muscle recovery after intensive exercise.
In sports massage we perform similar techniques as in classical massage but depending on the need slightly more power is used.
Performing a sports massage allows the athlete to avoid injury, relax and warm up his muscles, accelerate muscle regeneration, improve metabolism, blood supply and nourish muscles and reduce the effects of overtraining
